1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and state.

2. Return Timeframes

EU & UK Customers

In accordance with EU & UK Consumer Protection Laws, all our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving their orders, without giving any reason, unless the product falls under exempt categories.

US & Other Countries

Customers outside the EU/UK may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of:

    • Inner & outer packaging

    • Shipping label

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement, OR

  • A full or partial refund


7. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible


9. Customs, Duties & Refused Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or VAT

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control
